Got an offer for staff role @linkedin Base 210k Bonus 15% RSU 650k Sign on 80k YOE 11 This is after negotiating. I already accepted the offer but have google/Uber/Fb on-site lined up. Work at Linkedin is not very interesting (at least what I feel from career growth perspective ) Would Google/Uber/FB match or beat numbers?

Got same TC for FB E5. LI is a lot more chill in terms of wlb, but they stink at annual refreshers. FB is far superior in terms of annual refresher, but they don’t mess around in terms of wlb. Pick your poison
What’s the annual refresher at FB? Also do you think it’s possible to get E6 at FB, given some yoe in leadership?
Can you give more details on annual refreshers? How badly does it stink? I accepted offer from LI but no one gave me clear answer about refreshers
I'm dealing with the same companies, I don't expect G to match this number for L5, if they come close I would just go with them.
I have seen L5 offers from G matching this but definitely high end of L5. How did you negotiate bonus? Staff at LI is 15%

Team at LinkedIn had an offer deadline as there were 2 other candidates who were waiting to hear the decision (that’s what recruiter told me) and I am not much confident on my coding given FB/G would focus heavily on it
Lol..that's bullshit. LinkedIn does generic hiring not team specific. Recruiter gave me same warning when I got offer but later took it back when I was unhappy with offer and told them I have competing offers. Call their bluff on their face and they will come running after you.
