I have a Sr Engineering Manager onsite interview coming up in Linkedin in few weeks. Could someone who went thru the onsite loop give pointers on how to be successful? Thanks I have 20 yeo with 8 in management. tc:375k
We do one round of coding and style and syntax does not matter that much One round of architecture Two rounds of management related stuff and one round for cultural fit. You have 20 years of experience so probably I’m just preaching to the coir but try to be honest and don’t try to answer all the questions particularly when you have not experience them before. For cultural thing LinkedIn has a playful culture :) read LinkedIn values. Read LinkedIn profile of your interviewers and have meaningful questions ready for them, particularly related to their teams. Good luck with your interview:)
Wow Bloomberg pays 375k for SDM?!
I am a senior engineering manager. I have 5 eng managers reporting to me.
Is it for engineering manager or Sr eng manager?
