Hi Blind Community, I am planning to start the LinkedIn India interview loop next month I am pretty confident about getting SSE role. I thought of starting this post for getting the insight into TC at LinkedIn It would be helpful for the entire community. Whoever has gotten the LinkedIn offer for can you guys comment your offer in the following format. Is Linkedin allowing you to sit for sse at 4 yoe? Earlier they did not use to allow < 6 yoe.

Yes
SSE will be difficult at 4yoe unless you perform amazingly well. Usually internal folks get promoted to SSE by 3-4y and for externals the expectation is 6+ Anyway, if you want to know the tc, for SE it goes till 55-56 and for SSE it can go to 1c but that's for folks with 8 yoe
I have cleared this thing with recruiter that we shall only proceed if they would consider me for Senior role, they have agreed and As per me I feel confident that I would clear it, so My ask is what would be the average TC with components that I can get. Moreover I have cleared the screeing round in which I completed two medium level leetcode question in first 35 min and also had an unofficial design question answered and after that I ask for one month time to prepare better.
At 4yoe sse, I would expect a tc in the range 65-70. I am 73 at 4.5yoe, know another guy who is 80 at 5.5yoe
