I was put on focus at the start of September. Since I am on a visa it scared me shitless and I stopped working and put all my energy in LC and applying. I got a new offer and am now waiting for my H1 transfer to go through which will take a month, but since I did not work at all I am lagging on my focus project and I get severe anxiety when I have to start working on it again. My manager keeps demotivating me every one on one so that adds to my anxiety. I need peace of mind as I am not able to sleep at night because of not working on my project, approaching focus deadline and talking about my lack of progress to my teammates every week. Any advice on what I should do? Do you think it is wise to use my PTO and vacation to complete my focus project? Or should I use my vacation and PTO to do nothing and hope for my visa transfer to go through? Or should I try again to work on it during work hours
P.S I am seeing a therapist every two weeks about my anxiety but that is not helping.

Amazon is worth only if they pay you and you love what you do.
Take FMLA leave for mental health and change your job.
I was being sarcastic as 160k is a very precious job in India but just ok in the US.
Its not worth losing sleep over.
