Expedia Offer vs Ciena Offer
Hi everyone, Have read a bunch of posts on this site, but this is my first time posting. Urgently need help on this one, so any advice is greatly appreciated. YOE 0 and I’m a new grad with bachelors in comp sci I have received two offers, one from Ciena in San Jose and one from Expedia in Bellevue. The work I would be doing for Ciena would be packet software, specifically embedded systems. The pay is almost identical. I would like to choose the one that would give me the most opportunities in the future. Ciena is in Silicon Valley, but Expedia is more prestigious. Not sure if that matters. The deadline for one of the offers is in 2 days, so please reply quickly What do you guys think?
Prestigious is a strong word. The two companies seem different enough that you should choose based on your interest. If equally interested Expedia maybe a better choice.
Yea so far about equally interested, prefer the Bay Area as location though.

expedia to stay close to modern cloud tech, xor ciena to specialize in embedded systems. personally, i'd choose expedia. TC?
Both have base of $95k, but Expedia gives $15k signing bonus, and $10k relocation
