I'm curious if someone knows what a Sr Web App Engineer ought to be making in Portland at Nike... recent offer has me thinking it's time to ask for a raise or consider making a move...

It takes into account hiring salaries for H1B workers from public sources and should give you a baseline of what to expect. If there's one thing I noticed at Nike it's that titles were misleading and you could very easily have a senior data warehouse engineer making below six figures. It's also known that they pay very low wages and will try to lowball you so go in there negotiating a compensation you can live with for a few years or jump to a different org unit/job role.
