I am currently a PM at Boeing and considering move to either one for PM, IE, supply chain, ..etc. (nonetech) Here is my question. 1. How is OT structured? E.G. Any hours over 40 per week = 1.5x the pay? 2. What is expected comp range for someone with 4yoe and masters? 3. Are you guys hiring? If so, which is the major location? 4. Do you like your company?
Comp range for supply chain varies on YOE and type of role. It can range from 50-200+ depending on the job title. I like NG because I now have challenging work and a very good manager. I have almost quit many times due to having bad managers in supply chain.
4. It’s chill but pay is shit compared to tech. Beggars can’t be choosers though.

This is for NG: 1. You need to get approved OT and it is a 1x rate. 2. No idea about comp range for non tech 3. Northrop always hiring around SoCal
Can you get me into NGs silicon design team 😚😚
