Assuming enough break before scheduled sleep time to sleep full hours every day, what's the max realistic caffeine binge length without creating withdrawal headaches? Upping amount each day as much as is safe is OK Weekly cycles three days on, one day half, and three days off work OK for me long term, but not what I'm looking for now. Instead want to do a long sprint of >100% productivity, and a decrease in later productivity is ok. Caffeine only - no prescription, illegal, or hard to find drugs Personal experience answers encouraged, don't have to be technical. If you can give a super technical answer, assume a 0 caffeine baseline and an avg metabolism, whatever that is. Funny caffeine stories appreciated too 😉
Just take Adderall
You’ll get headaches from lack of sleep no matter what drugs you use to stay awake. Caffeine seems to cause even worse withdrawals than Adderall IMO. “Fun” fact: taking more than 1000mg caffeine in a day isn’t a good idea, no matter how appealing it may seem at the time.
"Assuming enough break before scheduled sleep time to sleep full hours every day"
0 coffee. Can work for 10 hours if work is interesting and engaging.
Snort ground coffee. It sounds crazy but it works like you wouldn’t believe.
Why dont you try different dosage of caffeine pills and report back the results?
How long do you want to sprint? I typically start building a large tolerance after 7 consecutive days of use (at which point I’m at about 700mg per day) and need to take a t break
Cocaine
That's not caffeine :(
