Longest gap between offer and starting the job?
Tldr; I don’t like my team and want to leave Lyft. I am interviewing and expect to hear back from a few companies by the end of January. I also think I’m getting promoted (effective April) and would like to leave with a promotion/title change. Any one have experience starting 2-3 months after receiving their offer? Ideal outcome would be starting in mid April.

There’s no one answer here; it depends from team to team. Is it possible though? Yes. I’ve accepted an offer 4 months out before. Does that mean you’ll get to? Maybe, maybe not.
Fb and Google let you start over a year out
Does that promotion in April going to change anything with the offer that you would accept now ? If not why ? Just curious
Probably not but I think it may help with future job opportunities if I show a history of promotions
