What are some metrics that have been created by your company to measure the performance of such programs? And what kind of ROIs have resulted as a result of such programs existing. Or is there no objective way to measure its performance?
Employee satisfaction surveys, retention metrics, HRC Equality ratings, litigation avoidance, all come to mind.
What kind over results would you expect from this program?
Usually it always falls back to hiring but that’s the default cop out. Are there any other metrics? I’m feeling that D&I is something of a trendy feel good thing that the business world has jumped on just like if you recall the whole open space set up as far as the work space is concerned.
I completely agree. In this day and age every single company out there would kill for a minority or female employee who's actually really really good.
