Looking for Advise: When to change my team?

Found a new team at Google. I have two options: 1. Join in two weeks: I’ll have three months in my team, 3 months in the new team for Perf 2. Complete my current project in a month (that gives me better than CME in my current team for 4 months being here) and 2 months in the new team before the next Perf. 3. Does not matter you’ll get CME anyway when joining the new team
