My friend recently started looking for H1b roles for mechanical engineering. He is currently in Pakistan and has around 6 years of experience working on a power plant. He will need H1B sponsorship. He has worked in mechanical engineering and planning and has a very extensive technical and managerial background. What would be the best course of action to obtain a position in US? Will appreciate all help.
