  TC is what’s offered to you at joining.

You guys really underpay, which is unfortunate. Is $250k after the stock tanked?

Also your stock grants look back 90 days. So it’s a bad time to join. February is probably ideal.

  You can start interviewing now and join in late feb 2022. Between phone screen, on-site, 2 weeks notice and start date you can easily receive the RSU stock price for march.
