My suggestion: you need to offer me content before I am willing to fill out that big form. I see zero working content on the site. No external reviews aggregated, no tips and tricks put together from Blind, no secrets of interviewing at company X, nothing, as JMP3 above points out.
The external reviews are aggregated on the company page that you can find on Companies. Check Rankfull.com/Amazon for instance. Rankfull is an aggregator, a little startup, and not part of Blind. I’m happy to add anything else to the backlog. Thank you for the suggestions!
I see them now - the external links were a bit buried and hard to find. You should work on scraping/summarizing in a report card format findings on each of the big names, it would be useful and encourage engagement from other employees at those big names. Keep up the good work!
