I’m currently a Director at KPMG doing implementations where I lead teams to create applications to automate business processes. I have a degree in engineering but have been doing tech consulting work for all of my career. In the last 12 months I’ve been rejected by Google, Meta, Salesforce, and Amazon. I’ve been interviewing for Technical Project Manager positions. I’m looking for a career coach to help me assess where my holes are and refine my interviewing skills. Does anyone have any recommendations? YOE - 15 years TC - 240k

Best way to break in from Big4 is to go for PgM positions and then transitioning into TPM - fairly fast process but PgM maybe a pay cut for you initially with that TC.
PGM?
PgM = Program Managers TPM = Technical Program Managers
