Low energy

I feel low on energy all day. Don't feel like getting out of bed. Seeing a doctor but looks like he is playing the guessing game. Said I should exercise more, I said I don't feel like getting out of bed, how will I push myself to exercise. Then said I have sleep apnea and gave me a cpap machine, which I have been using for over six months, but no change. Then said depression and gave me medication. Then said narcolepsy and gave more medication. Has anyone gone through something similar? Can you share what was wrong with you, so I can help my doctor help me

Get married and have kid’s, you won’t have an option of having low energy. Or take a break and go out and to some country like thailand and relax on 🏖 beach.

Married and have a kid. That is what makes it worse. They think I am just being lazy

You need vitamin d and sea

Facebook xzLC76 OP Jan 6, 2020

Already on vitamin D. What's sea?

McKesson nomad99 Jan 6, 2020

You get that on the beach or a cruise ship

Join a workout class or get a partner, anything to make you commit to physical activity

Embrace the lazy life

I think starting with medication is a good first step. I know it’s hard. Just 1 min morning and 1 min in the afternoon. Another thing I found helpful is help your friend to baby sister their cat or dog for a week. Sometimes we don’t give a *** to ourselves. But we were kind of forced to take care of others. Hope you get better. I’ve been there.

Absolutely not. Exercise first and foremost. Then Adderall if you need a boost, but only use amphetamines at minimal dosage and when needed.

Sorry I meant meditation

What blood tests have you done?

Facebook xzLC76 OP Jan 6, 2020

All possible tests. Nothing wrong except a little low on vitamin D

What is all possible? Don't trust doctors to know everything. Post results

Get some sunlight. You'd be surprised what soaking in sunlight does to your energy/mood. Bonus: you can just lie outside. might even recharge you enough to jog a bit

Worth trying!

Check your vitamin D and iron levels. See neurologist if it's starting to affect your life

Facebook xzLC76 OP Jan 6, 2020

Why neurologist? Can you share context?

Monster unholy! Jan 6, 2020

My extreme fatigue ended up being neuro in nature 😬 Just a suggestion.

Facebook xzLC76 OP Jan 6, 2020

Did bloodwork. All good except D and taking supplements for that

Hit the gym. Stop masturbating. Your hormones will fix the rest unless you have a serious illness. Then: tailor your shirts and suit jackets if male, or learn to get gala-made-up if female. Go to ticketed events and flirt (ticketed is important, $50+, free events have riffraff attendees). When you feel tired or bored at home getting ready - remember that it’s just a feeling. Put yourself in the moment and actually do what you would be doing if you “weren’t tired”. It will go well!

What about sex 3 times a week? Green light, right?

That’d do it but may just ameliorate the symptom! Gotta hit the causes
