Hello everyone,

I recently got an Software Engineer (Level 6) offer from ACI team in Cisco. I wanted to hear from the people at Cisco about how this team is in terms of work culture, WLB, growth opportunities, etc. Since its an engineering team, what are the work hours usually? Are there after-hours meeting. I would like to join a team that has a balance of work and personal life and would love to hear thoughts about the team while evaluating my decision.

    Second hand info. In general WLB is good. There are pockets of excellence. Even within the same BU you get a lot of variance and everything depends on your manager.

    So only you can make a call. How did you feel when interacting with them?

    Cisco in general and most BUs are so big that one cannot make blanket statements about work culture etc.
