Why isn't it based on income or something? Ex: highest paid applicants to lowest until no more to give out
It's ridiculous that some WITCH employees get H1B rather than employees from reputable companies

A better way to handle this is country cap
They need to create a quota for work streams.
Medical professionals
Engineers
Startupโs
Researchers
Etc
Then add selection criteria to each stream. It could be total compensation, US degrees, total work ex, patents, awards or something along those lines.
Clearly lottery isnโt the best option.
