Google‘s was the best designed API, Facebook and MS were a toss, and Twitter was the worst. By far.
I know this is one datapoint, but it made me think of where Twitter sets the quality bar.
From job security perspective, I feel pretty secure. I had reservations earlier as well, but I have realized that the ceo Jack ensures that his vision and culture trickles down to individuals working at Twitter. There seems to be no threat of layoffs, but of course, I'm new here and can be wrong. Flexible working hours, adding more headcount during pandemic etc makes me feel secure about my job.
