Does notice period is impact hiring ?

This month I have been interviewed at multiple companies and reached till last round but at the end got rejection mail. Almost all my interviews went really well but still got rejected in all of them.
I am now doing an introspection on what could have gone wrong.

Companies I interviewed -Jio, G2, Unibuddy, Justdial.

I think they might have preferred some immediate joiner in place of me, or there could be some other reasons too.

My notice period is 2 months.

YOE - 2.5 yrs ( 1 as Support Engineer + 1.5 yrs as sde )
TC - 8 LPA ( INR )
