I have been offered a senior Engineer in Vehicle team in Lyft L5 . Tc:140 Yoe:7 Rsu:10k Are they low balling ?

Is that 10k rsu or $10k worth of rsu? If the latter, then yes this is very low
That is extremely low. For reference, new software undergrads with 0 years of experience get a base of 130k, let alone TC... so either you are a senior technician, otherwise theres no way a senior software engineer gets an offer that low.
Not everyone gets paid as much as software engineers..
Which is why OP needs to post their full job title and position, otherwise what do we do with their question?

OP probably not a SWE, maybe a mech e or something, 140 BC for a senior (not staff or lead) is alright, stock pretty low tho
