Highly doubt it, layoffs are a bad sign for a publicly traded company, everyone wants to see “growth”. Maybe Lyft is cutting off fat

That makes no sense. The company just got a massive cash injection from the sale of shares. They're still in growth mode. If they're going to make cuts, it'll be in, like, a year if they can't hit growth projections, not immediately after selling investors on said growth plans.
