How's the work life balance at Lyft Level 5? Is it mostly 9-5, or 60 hour weeks or does it vary by team?

Wlb is a joke across eng organization. I joined about 2 months ago and I already need to work at least 50-60 hours a week. Other folks are pretty much doing the same thing. Much worse than many of the tier 1 companies

It all depends how you manage it. Don't let your manager dump too much work on you. But Lyft is kind of hectic overall so don't expect that Cisco or Intel lifestyle here
