I know this question has been asked many times but can people share their onsite interview experience with Lyft? Especially the laptop programming round. My recruiter just said it's like a normal technical round but more difficult. How can I best prepare for this round? Really appreciate the replies!
Rec should have given you sm prep questions on what to expeft during that round. Prep ur laptop and solv 1 of those ques. The rest is lc
She didn't send any :( she just told me it's like other usual technical rounds but slightly more difficult.
Hey how many coding problems did u get for the algo round? fuck I only did 1, was super straight forward but kept diving into stuff and had 20 min left, so I’m concerned interviewer thought didn’t have enough time for second one

1.5 hours. 20 minutes discussing the problem, 1 hour coding, 10 minutes wrap up. Basically leetcode where you actually type up a solution. If you're well prepared algo/ds wise, then just learn the syntax for how to do I/O in your language so you don't waste a bunch of time looking it up (reading, parsing, splitting, etc.).
Thanks!
