Posting here on behalf of my wife :
I have an offer from Facebook as a Rotational Engineer (145/0/60) and an offer from Lyft as a T4 (185/550/20).
FB offer has no equity and a 12 month offer after which if I graduate then they match me to a E4 or higher.

Thoughts about FB:
- great brand to have on my resume.
- Risky for my h1b since it’s a 12 month offer.
- Ability to try out two different teams and choose what I want if I graduate.
- will know offer only if I graduate in which case won’t have a competing offer at that time.
Thoughts about lyft :
- higher base and Rsu package.
- no risk to my visa status.
Currently working at Redhat : 4 Yoe, base 135, 200k/4 years.
I’m leaning more towards lyft , your comments would be extremely valuable , thanks a lot. :)
