I got T5 offer to SF from Lyft last week. Recruiter told I performed very good at interview and this is "solid" T5 offer. Base salary 190 000 USD 15 000 RSUs (around 700 000 USD with 47 USD/RSU) - 4 years vest No yearly bonuses, no refreshers, no sign on. YOE 7.5 TC outside of US, does not matter Please share your thoughts!!! Update: 25k sign on
Great offer
Welcome to US! Way better than Australia
Definitely man!!!
Welcome to US!
Hopefully both Lyft and Slack will do really well during IPO)
you could ask $30k signon
OP - what did you interview for? Front end or back end? What languages were they asking for that your specialty is in?
Sorry, will not answer. Too easy to identify me((( It was super common interview for my position. 1 phone screen with algorithms and data structures, then on site with domain specific problem solving. Standard tech stack.
Could you share what difficulty the phone screen was? And congrats!
Welcome!
Lyft got no comp structure wtf?

No sign on? You should be able to get at least a 20k sign on and maybe a 50k sign-on if you have competing offers. I turned down Lyft though because I'm not sure if they'll survive with Uber around.
What about base and stock compared to what Lyft offered you ?
190k base is higher than the 180k base I was offered. 700k stock is lower than the 780k stock I was offered. Overall you got a solid offer, but you can get a bit more stock if you negotiate hard or trade in base.
