Went with Google lol. Long term I think it’s a better opportunity (Learning, Comp, Culture, WLB, Internal Mobility, etc). Hopefully I’ll get promoted to L4 relatively soon to help close the gap on the other offers. Overall if I hate it, I’m pretty confident I can reinterview and land the same kinds of offers again, if not better.
