M2 manager TC range at facebook
Just heard back from recruiter that offer is on it's way. I have 20 years of software development experience and 10+ years of managing over 30 engineers. Total FANG experience : 2 yra. I have also worked as manager of managers. What is the target TC range for FB M2 in NYC? This is Instagram if that makes any difference. Any inputs greatly appreciated.
250k - 300k base/ 1m stock/ 200k sign on
Top E6 offer would be 240/1.2M/100k/20%. Since M2 is E7 this should be the starting point.
Honest curious question: you got all the way to the end and truly have no clue what to expect? Recruiter told nothing and you didnt outline expectations from the outset? Lot of YOE for such a move if so. Good luck
The insiders always know the real range. Recruiters always arent your best friends. Of course I know the range.
