Stay away from chewy, it’s a dumpster fire. I interviewed there and my interviewer literally told me they were boomeranging back to amazon because of how bad the SREs were and the culture. They worked in search so I think similar to discovery/autocomplete.

The discovery org has good engineers. Their managers don’t have the best reputation outside of the discovery org for being overly aggressive.
