Annual cash bonuses for ict4 vary but 8–18% is normal. it is entirely up to the manager, but I’ve never seen any lower than 8% for average performance.
100-150k annual refresher grants are also normal. I’ve had a bad year with a 60k grant, 110 average.
Most offers will not have the annual bonus and refreshes written, not even a range. That’s Apple.
I don’t know of any company today agreeing to “we will give you $1M because stonk is ath”. The company line is always “Look how well the stock has done; work for us and help it rise 6X again”.
Sign on bonuses can easily be $50k if you want to ask for it (I personally feel it’s ok to forego because it is one time).
Annual raises have been decent. For me it’s averaged 5% per year.
Stonk was ath last year too. And the year before that.
