Talking to RealSelf about a potential role. Am doing my homework on their business so I feel pretty educated from an outsider POV (funding, company news, etc.) but would love to hear anyone who’s interviewed or worked with them and has an inside POV to share.

Especially interested in their leadership / exec team and culture. Insight into specific teams (marketing, sales, customer) and compensation (i.e. is it competitive, how they approach equity) would also be appreciated.

  • I've been with RealSelf for 6 months as a Sr PM. I love it- hands down best place I've ever worked... Ed is indeed awesome :)

  • Know several people there - awesome guys I’d work there in a heart beat. Come to CoffeeOps Seattle every other Friday and meet some of them. Ed is awesome.
