Folks working at Mathworks HQ,can you shed some light on the principal dev/first line manager comp?
Does Mathworks pay both bonus and quarterly profit sharing or just the quarterly payout, how solid is the base ?
How is the wlb?

    I was a former intern and a full time engineer at mathworks.. It's a great place to settle down if you have a family.. wlb is pretty good.. bonus is quarterly.. every year summer outing to a resort in mt.washington.. anniversary outings every 5 yrs are just amazing.. people generally stay there for a long time..the only few people who leave are new grads after getting 1 or 2 yrs of experience..it's not a great paying company like the ones in the west coast but decent enough... folks usually come at around 9 and almost everyone starts leaving from 4-5..

  • Similar to 190 give or take for salary+ bonus
