Can you imagine if the US never finds a vaccine and becomes a epicenter with 200m+ infected while all other countries have it under control and ban travel to the US? Meanwhile stonks matter too much to the US so we never manage to get it under control before opening up the workplaces. Is it guaranteed we'd find a vaccine? It's the end of the US as we know it 😱😱😱

      Most Asian countries have it under control, and it's slowing in European countries that enforced strong quarantine. Only the US is screwed. Even India is doing a much better job with testing and contact tracing.

  • China lying to you about their numbers! Wuhan was the epicenter, they had a huge festival when the virus started making waves and you mean to tell me that only 80k people infected? Sure! The U.S. will find a cure and there already is a potential treatment for it. We will see in a week when FDA approval or not. In the mean time if the U.S. falls well... get ready for mud hut living. I think you're pipe dreaming but hey... crazy world. Also weren't people in India drinking Urine and taking baths in dung because it allegedly cured it?

  • Yes. Covid is already proven to reinfect so i dont think vaccines would be possible. Its like how there is no vaccine for common cold infection. We just need to live with it.

      The issue with cold vaccine is that there are 6+ completely different viruses that cause 'colds', so developing a cold vaccine would really require developing a lot of different vaccines, and each individual vaccine by itself would be almost worthless because it wouldn't prevent most colds

      Actually trump says the vaccine is under human test in the US, which suggest they not the Chinese have had the virus first, which is the only way to explain why they can start human trial so fast
