I just wanted to thank the Blind community for their support and guidance. I finally changed my job, and in every situation people here helped me, from referral (accepted an offer where I wasn't referred, but still) to interview preparation, negotiation etc., even the visa questions.

When I started interviewing I didn't know these TC's exist, I didn't believe that people are offered 200k-300k stocks, I took it as a challenge and started working harder to reach that goal.

I appreciate all the inputs and thoughts that helped me get my new job. It took me 3 months (excluding H1B process) to accept the offer. I got 5 offers in total, and it's all cause of this community, I didn't stop and kept going.

I got offer from Vmware, Walmart Labs, Uber, Coinbase , Microsoft and Apple (accepted).

For all the people trying to find a job, just one small note, there are people who troll a lot here, but I have found more help than trolling. It's a really good community and there are a lot of people who genuinely can help!
I am glad I found Blind when I was looking for some interview question on Google and it popped up!

Right now I believe I need to learn a lot of stuff before I am ready for it!

Old TC 180K
New TC 450K
YOe: 4

Location California

Thanks Again

I am happy to answer any questions which might help folks in same boat like me. Also happy to refer if needed. #Thankyou #blind

Levels at apple have been lowering. When I started a few years ago, ICT5 was something you could really only achieve internally. Now I interview so many people for ICT5 that I wouldnโ€™t pass for ICT4 (and others in the debrief are inclined).

Stay confident, Be positive, Most of the interviewers were once in same boat as you, so its okay if have clarifying questions. Especially in remote interviews these days try to have eye contact with them , and if you are for swe role, and they would like you see how you approach the problem, its okay of all test case dont pass in first go, but try to explain whats going on in the code and your approach. Try to listen to clues and hints they may give if you are going hay wire . Fee free to dm if you have specific questions. All the best ๐Ÿ˜‡

Sure feel free to DM as well. But in general for all interview, I solved 20 difficult 15 medium and 20 easy leet code, read medium blogs , researched here on Blind what people suggest and take with a grain of salt as people at times make fun of you as well and exaggerate things too. Feel free to dm for specific questions or interview prep
