I have an offer from Broadcom and Juniper to work in TAC support. YOE 9.6 years in managing firewall. I was working as L3 TAC support in a product based company.
Which one is a better company for a network guy to work for? In Juniper, I will be working in TAC as an L3 engineer, whereas Broadcom has a flat hierarchy.
Juniper L3 TAC support for SRX firewall.
Broadcom TAC support for ProxySG. (No wfh policy)
The CTC offered is almost the same; however, Broadcom offers good RSU. I believe from a learning perspective, Juniper is a better bet while the TC is much higher in Broadcom.
What do you guys think?

The TC in Broadcom is almost double than Juniper. However I am worried about stability and carrier growth in Broadcom. Both offers are from India.
