Received an offer from mid sized company 3 months back but ended up getting RFE on H1B transfer. Continued to interview during the RFE period with doordash/Uber/grubhub and finally received an offer ‘on same day my RFE response was submitted’.
Questions:
1. Considering visa transfer takes atleast 1 month, should I join the mid sized company and leave as soon as new transfer is approved?
2. From any of your personal experiences, any issues with employability in the future with 1 month stint?
3. How should I handle background and immigration for doordash/Uber/grubhub ?
4. Do I need atleast 2 paycheck from the mid-sized company for filing my new H1B transfer
5. Anything else I should consider before making a decision?
Appreciate any advice. Please DM if anyone has gone through similar scenario
