Got Sr. SWE offer from Niantic. But I can't find detailed list of benefits on levels.fyi and I only got details about insurance plans from recruiter. Do they have any wellness budget (how much)? Company phone? ESPP? Anything else that I would like to know?

    How’s your Niantic TC breakdown? And how did offer negotiations go? Are you in Seattle if you are at MSFT, or is this new TC for the Bay Area?

    Wellness benefit is 100$ a month, we have option for a company phone or a 70$ a month benefit for our personal phone plan, 100$ a month for internet billing.
