Pms are rarely responsive. Ive been blocked on a ticket for half a year because they wont respond to me about requirements.
Manager came to me asking about the ticket. Told them im blocked by missing requirements from another pm. Said theyd help anyway they could, reached out to them days later about how i got left on read again by the pm, then no response.
Then the same week, im given a needs improvement by my manager on my perf review for tickets carrying over sprints over the past year and communication because i dont attend BOTH daily standups sometimes.
Yet my manager hasnt responded to 4 of my messages over the past 1-2 weeks.
I also always ask for how i can do better every 1:1 we have and he never expressed his concern for tickets carrying over until this week.
How toxic is this? Or is it not?
