Recently received a FT offer (New Grad). Base pay indicates L59 and pretty sure I got the lower bounds in terms of starting bonus and stock options. They have 2 recruiters and a skip level manager in the email chain. Looking for some advice to negotiate the offer to a more appealing TC. Would greatly appreciate any advice from you folks! (I’ve also heard that some teams at MS do not negotiate at all, can anyone confirm this?) Some details: I currently have a Citi offer and feel confident that I can carry myself as a L60 as I have an extra year of education (equivalent to 1 year of MBA), I’m seeking some advice to: 1. Negotiate up to L60 2. Increase Stock/Bonus or both if advisable. Edited: TC: 150k
