9 YOE Backend role at bay area. L65 offer 215 base X 40% variable bonus 400k rsu 4 years 135 signon bonus perf based annual rsu wondering if RSU can be higher for such role?

Is the bonus upto 40% of 215, I.e another 85k on top of the base?
Yes. Up to 85k cash plus 72k stock each year. Stock doubles above 65
That’s fantastic! RSUs could be a little higher ( right now it looks like 100k per year) but looks like they are making up for it with sign on. Total comp for first 2 yrs seem to be closer to 500k assuming 40% bonus. The 72k stock refresh will have a 4 year vesting ?
Target bonus is 20%, getting 40% is extremely difficult. Overall offer looks good for Redmond area.

How is pay at grab? What would be base , bonus, rsu for a senior at grab?
Depends alot on what you specialize in and where you worked before. It's better than Microsoft for sure. Similar to Amazon.
