MS plus PHD PROGRAMS
Hello friends, Anyone here who came here on student visa for MS plus PHD ? Questions are - Do we need to apply for PhD once we complete MS or there are programs which are sort of integrated PhD along with MS ? If one were to apply separate PhD course after completing Master's , how he or she would do ? Because you will loose student visa once you are done with your graduation. Do we need to go back to home country and come back ?? Can someone put some light on process ? Thanks,

Most programs these days are integrated. You apply and are accepted into the PhD program and along the way earn a Master's.
So I believe there must be two types of programs, 1 Just master's 2 integrated master's with PhD
Correct. There are schools that have separate programs, but it's becoming rare.
