MSFT RSU refreshers
MSFT folks, what is the vesting period of the RSU refreshers you get? Say one gets a 30k refresher as part of your yearly review, would be vested within the next one year or 3 to 4 years.

So 48k vesting in 5 years means roughly 10k per year ? Is it 10k stocks ? I.e 145*10k per year in rsu ? that seems a lot so either I am wrong or missing out on the party
Who cares. The RSU grants are so tiny it’s not even worth adding up
So, what happens to Microsoft employees after 4 years? Do their TC go down?
If you are good you will keep getting refreshers every year, each refresher. Overlaps the previous ones and the total payout you get is a summation of all of them
level 61 120% rewards stock awarded 7500 - vesting over 5 years 🙄
I am going to join Microsoft. I have been rewarded 50K RSUs per year at L63. Considering I get 34K refreshers vest over 5 years and I don’t get promoted, I will only get 28K RSUs 5th year, right? That’s bad
