Hello, got rejected at my first MSFT interviews session.
Although I previously understood (also when asking here AND the recruiter among other people) it won't have an effect on other applications and that I'd be able to try again immediately, after providing me with the feedback, my recruiter told me that they won't consider me for other applications for the time being.
I got rejected (and accepted) quite a few times before, and always felt that the feedback was fair, but this time I just had one interviewer I felt wasn't professional, made mistakes during the interview and provided a feedback which...really wasn't fair.
So adding to it the supposedly new MSFT policy ? (from what I've being told) that one session result will affect other applications, I feel as though I'm now being blocked for nothing.
3,4 days after the failed MSFT I finished successfully two interview cycles with two great companies but it still bugs me that my entrance to MFST has been blocked in a manner which didn't do me justice.
Anything I can do about it ? will the feedback be deleted in 2 years ?
b.t.w - according to the recruiter it wasn't so bad at all...
Thanks guys !

Unfortunately there is always luck while interviewing. Just think as a learning experience and move on.
