Hi folks, I'm helping my friend ask this:
-Intern return offer MTS from Salesforce: 158base (+10% bonus) + 110RSU + 25sign-on
-OCI SMTS: 150base + 360RSU(4k x currently 90/share) + 30/2sign-on
FYI: some yoe before his current ongoing master's degree, that's why my friend did an internship.
-Salesforce may have a better wlb and a higher base (good for next year's h1b lottery if new policy?). HR refused to match compensation for the internship return offer. My friend enjoyed his experience culture & work during his internship, but the compensation is 30k-50k less each year than OCI.
-OCI has a higher RSU (3x salesforce gives), but it's based on current stock price, not sure about long term situation, OCI stock is at its historically highest point.. Also not sure about wlb for the team. Not sure how much oracle's day1 green card policy is helpful.
Which should my friend go to? Any suggestions/insight? Thank you! 🙏

Oracle’s growth is kinda stalled, on the other hand Salesforce’s revenue is growing by 30% every year. They have a 50B revenue target by 2025.
