Twitch Phone Screening for Front End Role

I just scheduled a technical phone screen for a front end role at Twitch (junior / mid level). Can anyone offer any insight about what kind of questions to expect? Not sure if I should buckle down on my JS trivia or keep cramming algorithms. (For example, the assessment used jQuery, which caught me off-guard because I don't really use it.)
