Recently got an offer from Compass which exceeds what I am currently making by ~50% and am wondering what the current view of the company is for those that are working there or those that are in a similar boat as me?
Their stock is down ~60% since they IPO'd a year ago which worries me a little but there does seem to be some positive momentum building from what I was told in the interview process.

New TC: 170k
