Perf bonus 10k cash + $45k worth of rsu, can be a multiple of this if high performing (thats pretty much how it was worded)
15k relocation from overseas

I wasn't clear in my question, what I meant was if it's the same number of units, what each unit is worth at the time of offer won't make any difference to the final value, because it's up to the market price in the end, right?
I mean, 1 rsu is still 1 share and most employees get common share?
