As someone who was in kindergarten during the dot com bubble, we’re definitely in one again

We are currently in the late stages of the bubble, approximately 3-4 months behind the burst, pending efforts to curb inflation combined with the overvaluation/liquidity presented to new tech startups (web3, crypto) and incumbents. Netflix and Meta are a warning sign for what is to come. Global instability is on the increase as more and more governments are taking on authoritarian policies. Our last saving grace is the dollar (for us Americans).

Or I could be totally wrong and maybe we’re due for a correction in like a year or something and it’ll be small lol

liked your points - putting aside the politics . Do you believe these valuation are justified for multi year loss making companies ?

Dot com bubble happened because the Fed raised interest rates by 2% in a year

Valuations were crazier than now, we should be fine. A small recession/correction is in order but nothing as big as dotcom
