Magic Leap Offer
I recently got an offer from Magic Leap for Senior Deep Learning Engineer. The offer is 20k sign-on-bonus and 160k base. I think this offer is low compared to Industry standards. they are still one of the biggest AR startups right
I mean, technically yes, but they've had layoffs and their investors are jumping ship. They're not like sitting on a rocket ship
They are desperately trying to hire to fill in the ever widening attrition gap.
what do you think of the offer? any insights ?
If you have no other offer, take it and look for another job while there, starting immediately.
No way I'd take an offer with Magic Leap. They overpromised and will continue to underdeliver.
