  • Dealing with managers who have no background in tech is rven worse. They tend to micromanage and think everything can be solved very easily.

      lot of folks do not take manager job seriously and takes it granted as if it is natural talent which will grow as their hairs turns grey.

    If a manager is mostly coming from tech background and do not take help to learn the managing skills then certainly he is prone to be a bad manager.
    Yeah I know that argument where a tech converted manager will always claim he knows everything because he was in industry for blah blah years. Nope, you are not taking manager job seriously if you think you know everything from your past IC role, sorry.
